We brought this 1965 Airstream Safari trailer back to it's former eyecatching glory. The tongue, bumper and exterior metal was cleaned, primed and painted with oil paint. We also installed new safety chains, break away switch, towing lights and pigtail. All the windows were removed, cleaned, refurbished and re-installed.
OTHER UPGRADES PERFORMED DURING RESTORATION:
- Replace all belly pan aluminum
- Remove original front awning
- Replace running lights with LEDs
- Rebuilt original Hehr roof vent
- New 50 amp service
- New 13.5K Dometic A/C w/heat pump
- Repaint tongue and bumper
- Axles and brakes serviced
- Classic rims and hubcaps
