This Overlander's frame was rusted out and required a fair amount of structural replacement. The interior was gutted and shell was cut loose from the frame and removed. The old subfloor was completely scrapped. After replacing most of the framework and outriggers, the new frame was primed and painted.
For this project, the trailer owner had us install a new type of fiberglass/aluminum waferboard subfloor instead of the normal marine grade plywood.
Now that it has good bones, the trailer is ready for the next phase of renovation.
