Service & Contracts

Transforming an Airstream into the dream in your mind requires much planning and forethought. With our experience, we can guide you on great ideas that will work and some that may not come out as you have imagined. We may also have some ideas to add that will enhance your project beyond what you had thought. Either way it all starts with a first meeting; in person, by phone or Skype, to start the ball rolling.

Our process is described below.

First Meeting

Contacting us here at PVT is the first step in realizing your project's completion.  During this initial meeting we will discuss any details that will aid us in understanding the overall job scope.  At this time we will offer all information in regards to any trailers that we may have in stock, and a ballpark estimate to help you with an overall budget.

ESTIMATE

Now that we both have a better understanding of your project we will be able to produce a more detailed estimate.  In this phase decisions will be made that will enable our engineering and design team to put together a basic design so we can give you a more accurate quote.

Deposit & Design

Once we have completed your initial estimate, the next step is to secure a spot on our schedule with a small deposit based off of your estimate.  At this time we will provide you with a contract to help you better understand the relationship between you and us. Once the contract and deposit are received our engineering and design team will assemble all information, blueprints, diagrams, and/or anything else that may be necessary to launch your project.

BUILD OUT PHASE

During construction we will provide you with a bi-weekly update of your project via photos and/or videos. You are always welcome to visit us and check in on progress.  Visiting in person will give you a chance to meet our team and see us in action.  We are located near the Lake Erie Islands, Cedar Point, and only 2 hours from Jackson Center, Ohio - home of the Airstream factory!

Completion

Depending on your project, it could anywhere from 8 to 16 weeks to bring it to completion.  At this time we also can provide you with delivery information if this is something you may need.
