Custom Serving Hatch
Our custom fabricated hatches smoothly form to the curvature of the trailer. Vending hatch frames are welded into the existing trailer structure for strength and rigidity. Using only quality materials ensures our trailers will last. Frames are completely made from aluminum tubing to keep it lightweight but rigid.
Configurations we have created in the past include one large hatch, 2 smaller hatches or hatches on both sides of the trailer. Rear-of-trailer full height hatches are also popular for loading of product.
Window and serving shelf height can be designed for your particular needs
Gas cylinder lifting struts make for easy opening. Drip cap along the top maintains the 'Airstream look.' Our hatches can also include a window which is placed at the same height as the other windows to maintain that 'Airstream look.'
Our exclusive 'fold in' serving shelf design is available in stainless or your choice of wood.
