PERFORMED DURING THIS RENOVATION:

• Drop belly pan and banana wrap
• Remove rotted subflooring
• Cut out all rusted and bent framework
• Weld in new metal channel
• weld in new outriggers
• Install new Marine subfloor
• New entrance steps
• New hitch - clean up & repaint tongue
• Install new belly pan & banana wrap metal
• Replace, or install new, aluminum trim
• Install new axles

This Tradewind's frame was rusted out in the rear and by the entrance door. The interior was already gutted by the owners before dropping it off at PVT. The old subfloor was removed exposing the badly rusted framework underneath. New framework and outriggers were welded in place and the new frame was primed and painted.

New Marine subfloor was installed.

Now that it has good bones, the trailer is ready for the next phase of renovation - an airBnB in Florida.
