David and Kim Majestic have been enjoying their '64 Safari since making her their own last year. It was time to repair a few issues on the exterior skin. Several old access panels were covered with makeshift aluminum patches. An old Route 66 sign was also added at some point to 'hide' one of the patches.
While the trailer was at the PVT shop for skin repairs, we couldn't help but get a few pics of the hickory wood interior which is really kewl!
You’re likely to find David and Kim at upcoming vintage trailer rallies in the Midwest. Stop in and check out the open floor plan that really makes the inside seem large. Looking for the toilet? It's located at the end of the kitchen counter. Lift the countertop and open the cupboard doors and there it is.
Also 'bee' sure to ask them about their other hobby, beekeeping. They’ll always have raw, unprocessed honey on hand.
