Bellwether Farm is a vehicle through which the Episcopal church in Ohio serves the wider community. Bishop Mark Hollingsworth, already an Airstream owner, approached PVT with the idea of creating a small sandwich/salad/soup serving trailer for use at the farm and in the community. Working within a tight budget for the church, we turned this small Globetrotter into a kitchen on wheels with everything the church will need to serve the masses.

Custom stainless countertops step in and out utilizing maximum walkaround space efficiency. A lowered counter holds the double pot soup tureen. Our exclusive serving hatch with original windows makes this trailer a showstopper and is sure to draw a crowd anywhere it goes!
