The team at Fulton Beer in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area were looking for an old Airstream to turn into a food vending trailer. PVT had what they needed in this old Sovereign. We restored the exterior to like new and skinned the entire interior with easy-to-clean aluminum. After setting up the interior with a range hood and exhaust fan, it was sent on to Fulton Beer for their finishing touches. This "One heckuva kitchen" will stay parked at their North Loop taproom. It's dead sexy with double sided pass-through windows, a grill, and a vertical meat roaster.
